 Russia is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). The EEU is an international organization for regional economic integration. It has international legal personality and is established by the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union.

The EEU provides for free movement of goods, services, capital and labor, pursues coordinated, harmonized and single policy in the sectors determined by the Treaty and international agreements within the Union.

The Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union are the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.

The Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Services Export Promotion Council, (SEPC), is organizing the Global Exhibition on Services from 23 to 25 April 2015 at India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), New Delhi. The main objective of the Global Exhibition is to position India as a leader in the Services Sector to rest of the World, to tap the potential for services’ exports and to draw further investment into India in the services sector. The Exhibition will enhance strategic cooperation and develop synergies to strengthen multilateral relationships between India and the rest of the world in the Services Sector. More than 40 countries are expected to participate in the fair which shall see over 5000 structured buyer-seller meetings.

The Exhibition will focus on IT and Communications technologies, tourism, health, logistics, education, research, energy and environment protection, entertainment industry.

Первая международная выставка, посвященная развитию сектора услуг в Индии, “Global Exhibition on Services” состоится 23-25 апреля 2015 г. в Индийской организации поощрения торговле (ITPO) в Нью Дели. Организаторами выставки выступают Министерство торговли и промышленности Индии, Конфедерация индийской промышленности (CII) и Совет по продвижению экспорта услуг (SEPC).

Выставка проводится, чтобы продемонстрировать иностранным партнерам значимую роль страны в секторе услуг, в полной мере использовать потенциал экспорта услуг и привлечь дополнительные инвестиции в сектор услуг Индии. Выставка поможет усилить стратегическое сотрудничество и расширить взаимодействие для укрепления многосторонних связей Индии с другими странами в секторе услуг. Ожидается, что в мероприятии примут участие представители более 40 стран, и состоится более 5000 встреч закупщиков и поставщиков.

Основное внимание на выставке будет уделено следующим направлениям: информационные и телекоммуникационные технологии, туризм, здравоохранение, логистика, образование, научно-исследовательские разработки, энергетика и защита окружающей среды, индустрия развлечений и другим.

Российским участникам организаторы готовы предоставить необорудованную выставочную площадь на безвозмездной основе.

President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs

Alexander N. Shokhin was born 25 December, 1951 in the Arkhangelsk Region.

Graduated from the Economical Faculty of the Moscow State University in 1974.  

From 1974 to 1987 he worked with several research institutions associated with the USSR Academy of Sciences, the USSR State Planning Committee and the USSR State Labor Committee.

From 1987-1991 Mr. Shokhin was Economic Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Head of the Department of International Economic Relations of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Twice, in 1991-1994 and in 1998, he held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. In 1991-1994 he also held positions of Minister of Labor, Minister of Economics, Chairman of the Russian Agency for International Cooperation and Development, and Russian governor at the IMF and the World Bank. On behalf of the Russian government he represented Russia in the international negotiations on Soviet-era debt. Additionally, he represented the President of the Russian Federation in Russia's relations with the G7 countries.

From 1994 to 2002 Mr. Shokhin was a Deputy of the State Duma, where he occupied the posts of First Vice Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the Duma party bloc 'Our Home is Russia', Head of the Duma Committee on Credit Institutions and Capital Markets.  

1995 - President of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics, Chairman of the Department for Theory and Practice of Interaction between Business and Government

From 2002 to 2006 Mr. Shokhin was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Investment Group "Renaissance Capital".  

Since 2005 – President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

In 2005 he became a member of the RF Public Chamber and the Chairman of its Commission for Competitiveness, Economic Development and Entrepreneurship Issues.  

2007 – Permanent member of the Russian part of the Russian-French Council on Economic, Financial, Industrial and Trade Matters (CEFIQ)

2008 - President of the RSPP International Council for Cooperation and Investment.

2008 – Chairman of the Coordinating Council of Employers’ Unions of Russia (CCEUR)

2008 – Employers’ Coordinator with the Russian Tripartite Commission on Regulations of Social and Labour Relations

2008 – ‘United Russia’ Supreme Council’s Commissions on Industry and Entrepreneurship

2009 – President of the Russia-US Council on Business Cooperation (RUSBC)

Mr. Shokhin is a member of several deliberative bodies under the Russian President and Government, including the Presidential Commission for Creating Pool of Public Managers, the Prime Minister Council for Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship, the Governmental Commission for Transport and Communications, the Governmental Commission for Administrative Reform, the Commission for Legislative Drafting; Commission for Hi-Tech and Innovations; Commission for Development of Small and Medium Businesses.

Mr. Shokhin is an Independent Board member of several companies including, TNK-BP Ltd., OAO Lukoil, OAO ‘RZhD’ (‘Russian Railways’), OAO TMK.

For his role in the advancement of Russian Industry Mr. Shokhin has been awarded the Order of Merit for Country of the IV Degree. He is also a Companion of Honour and a holder of other honorary distinctions, including the Order of St. Blessed Prince Daniel of Moscow of the II Degree, the Order of St. Blessed Peter and Fevronia of Murom of the I Degree, the Diamond Order of Public Esteem, the Russian Security Council National Security Medal and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Contribution to International Cooperation Decoration.

Mr. Shokhin is married and has a son, a daughter and three grandchildren.

Mr. Shokhin is Doctor of Economics, Professor.   

Родился 25 декабря 1951 года в Архангельской области. 

В 1974 г. окончил экономический факультет МГУ им. Ломоносова, доктор экономических наук (1989 г.) – профессор (1991г.).

В 1974-1982 гг. работал в Научно-исследовательском экономическом институте Госплана СССР, Научно-исследовательском институте труда Госкомтруда СССР.

В 1982-1987 гг. – заведующий лабораторией Центрального экономико-математического института АН СССР, заведующий лабораторией института народнохозяйственного прогнозирования АН СССР. 

1987-1991 гг. – МИД СССР, помощник министра по экономическим вопросам, начальник управления международных экономических отношений, имеет дипломатический ранг чрезвычайного и полномочного посланника I класса (1991 г.). 

В 1991-1994 гг. – заместитель Председателя Правительства Российской Федерации. Одновременно занимал пост Министра труда и занятости; Министра экономики; Председателя Российского агентства международного сотрудничества и развития. 

В 1998 г. – заместитель Председателя Правительства Российской Федерации по финансово-экономическим вопросам. 

В 1994-2002 гг. – депутат Государственной думы трех созывов. В этот период – первый заместитель Председателя Госдумы, руководитель думской фракции «Наш дом – Россия», председатель комитета Госдумы по кредитным организациям и финансовым рынкам. 

С 1995 г. по н/вр. – Президент Национального исследовательского университета «Высшая школа экономики» (НИУ ВШЭ). Заведующий кафедрой теории и практики взаимодействия бизнеса и власти. 

С 2002 - 2005 гг. – председатель Наблюдательного совета ИГ «Ренессанс Капитал». 

С 2005 г. по 2009 г. - член Общественной палаты РФ. 

С 2005 г. – Президент Российского союза промышленников и предпринимателей. 

Женат, имеет сына и дочь, четырех внуков. 

Академическая деятельность:
Доктор экономических наук, профессор, почетный профессор МГУ;  
Президент Государственного университета - Высшая школа экономики, заведующий кафедрой теории и практики взаимодействия бизнеса и власти ГУ-ВШЭ;
Действительный член Российской академии естественных наук, Российской академии технологических наук, Международной академии информатизации, Международной академии экономики, финансов и права.

Pursuant to his competence, Mr. Kolesnikov supervises and participates in the establishment of close contacts with Russian and foreign business communities, as well as in interacting with national political circles.

Serves as a Deputy Chairman of the Russian part of the Russian-Chinese Chamber for machinery, technology, and innovative project trade facilitation.

Is actively involved in promoting the industry section in cooperating with countries of the region in the field of machinery and technology with a view to developing non-resources trade between APR countries.

Active Class 3 Counselor of state.

Holder of state awards; has been issued a number of commendations by the President of the Russian Federation and Chief of Staff of the Russian Federation President.
